Healthy Hospo has announced that London bartender Jason-Candid Knüsel, formerly of American Bar at The Savoy and the NoMad, has joined the non-profit as managing director.


Knüsel will take on the daya-to-day operations and leadership at the industry health and well-being training provider will founder Tim Etherington-Judge will continue in a strategic and advisory role.

“I could not be more excited to have Jason join Healthy Hospo to guide us towards a bright new future,” said Etherington-Judge who founded the non-profit in 2017.

“He has forged a brilliant reputation as one of the brightest lights in the UK’s bar scene with his passion, enthusiasm, intelligence, and vision for a better future for our industry. I have no doubt that Healthy Hospo will reach new heights under his leadership”

Since launching, Healthy Hospo has trained thousands of industry professionals internationally to live healthier, happier lives through their pioneering training programs and digital platform.
