Bar operator Arc Inspirations has partnered with Joe and Daniel Schofield for the launch of the ARCademy training school.

As part of the agreement, Arc CEO Martin Wolstencroft will serve as a mentor to the brothers, drawing on his business-building experience to help to launch Schofield’s Bar, the pair’s new cocktail venue in Manchester.

Arc Inspirations is a Leeds-based operator - with 17 venues across the north of England - whose brands include Banyan Bar & Kitchen, Box and Manahatta.

The Schofields boast a wealth of experience at world-renowned bars. Daniel Schofield has had stints at Coupette and 69 Colebrooke Row, while Joe Schofield’s CV includes The American Bar at the Savoy and Tippling Club in Singapore. He has also won individual awards such as International Bartender of The Year at Tales of the Cocktail and Bartenders’ Bartender at The World’s 50 Best Bars.

Wolstencroft said: “This is a tremendous coup for us.  To have the opportunity to tap into Joe and Daniel’s experience, knowledge and craft at this time is a game-changer for our people. I have known them for a long time and am really pleased that we will have two of the best in the business helping us deliver the new ARCademy programme.
