Martin Siska is to leave Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London after eight years at the Holborn-based hotel bar.
Siska's announcement follows the news of long-term partner Yann Bouvignies' departure from the bar to Rosewood Amsterdam.
Siska steered Scarfes Bar to great acclaim during his tenure, featuring regularly as a finalist in the CLASS Bar Awards and achieving the goal of reaching The World's 50 Best Bars last year.
The CLASS Bar Manager of the Year 2018, who will remain as Rosewood's area director for bars in Europe until May 16th, has yet to announce his next role, though it is understood he is moving on from the Rosewood Hotel Group.
Siska said: "It's been an absolute pleasure to lead and work with Scarfes Bar teams past and present for the last eight years. I have created so many great memories [at Scarfes] and it will always remain my home no matter where in the world I will travel.
"I truly believe that the people make the place and consistency is the key to success when one team follows [a] single vision, which has always been the case with Scarfes. I wish only the best to the team and look forward to seeing the legacy continue."
