Are you an up-and-coming bartender, starting to make waves in the industry? Enter the Class Bar Awards' Emerging Bartender of the Year award, which is now open for entries.
The award recognises new talent in the UK bartending industry, particularly those to have made a mark through innovative initiatives or ideas, who have shown a thirst for spirits and cocktail knowledge and an aptitude for creative drinks-making.
Bartenders must have launched their bartending career in the past four years.
To enter the award, or to nominate someone, simply follow this link to the application form. Entries close February 17th.
Past winners of the award include Yadney Fernandes & Anna King, Courtney Francis, Elena Wright, Sam Boevey, Amber Blood, Thomas Matthews and Dominic Whisson.
While most of the Class Bar Awards categories are decide by an industry vote, five of the awards - those most suited to a written entry - are entered by either the nominee or a nominator.
Submissions are also currently open for Bar Employer of the Year, Emerging Bartender of the Year, Bar Manager of the Year and Front of House of the Year.
Judging the Submission Entries are the CBAs Regional Chairs and the CBAs hosts: Hamish Smith, Anna Sebastian and Declan McGurk.
