London-based Fords Gin has announced a series of pop-up events for London Cocktail Week pairing Martinis with oysters.
On three dates, the gin brand will takeover venues across the capital offering £7 Fords Gin Martinis and complimentary oysters.
Fords Gin was created as a collaboration between master distiller Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers and Simon Ford, with the intention of ‘reverse engineering’ a gin for use in classic gin cocktails.
Hawksmoor Air Street will play host to the event on 5 October, followed by The Hide in Bermondsey on 14 October. The following event, on 21 October at The Ham Yard Hotel will be ticketed, with tickets available for £15 and including a Martini and oysters.
