Bailey, who departed the American Bar at The Savoy in 2023, joined Stonegate in early 2024, working across bar brands such as Be At One and Slug & Lettuce.

She said: "After an incredible 3 years...at Stonegate, it’s time to hang up the corporate lanyard, put the laptop down and see what happens next.

"I’ve learnt a lot, met some brilliant people and created some truly questionable cocktail names along the way. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and grateful for the people who’ve made it such a ride, especially Jenny Griffiths and Adam James McGurk.

"What's next? A well-needed break, a lot of Martinis and then I'll figure the next bit out...."
