London Bridge basement bar and Class Bar Awards finalist Nine Lives has made its Soho pop-up permanent.
Nine Lives W1 is now the resident bar in the Polygon Portal - the city's “first and only dedicated 360° spatial audio listening room”, on 75 Dean Street.
The new bar will offer a short, one-page menu of Martinis, Margs and Nine Lives’ greatest hits.
Cocktails include Pedro’s Picante (Patrón Silver, green juice, habeñero, peppadrops), the Electric Martini (Grey Goose vodka, oyster leaf, sechuan pepper, gildas) and the Toki Highball: Toki Whisky, peach & prosciutto cordial, soda stream.
Nine Lives W1 opens Wed–Sat, 5pm–midnight and is walk-ins only.
Owner of Nine Lives, Allan Gage, said: "We've always believed that Nine Lives is about more than the drink in your hand. It's about where you are, who you're with, what you're listening to. The Polygon Portal feels like us. When they asked if we'd run the bar, it wasn't a difficult decision!"
