Enrico Perri has been named beverage director at 45 Park Lane’s Bar 45 in Mayfair.
Perri, who joined the mezanine bar as Bar Manager in 2023, has been recognised for his role in building Bar 45’s reputation as a destination bar in London.
Under Perri’s leadership, Bar 45 has welcomed Bar Leone for its first London takeover following its win as The World’s Best Bar, with upcoming collaborations planned with Bar Mauro and Drink Kong.
He reinvented the bar’s much-loved Negroni Trolley, pairing Negronis with personalised bespoke scents, and, together with his team, launched the Simplicity menu, built around exceptional drinks, delivered without pretension.
