Dahlia, a new food, drink and music destination, will open in Manchester’s Northern Quarter later this month, bringing open fire cooking, cocktails and "exceptional sound" together under one roof.
The venue has three concepts: Barbacoa Cósmica, an open fire grill kitchen inspired by Latin America and the southern states of America; Bar Más Bonita, a bar themed around a liquor store specialising in Latin spirits; and Dahlia Stereo, and a music-first space built around a bespoke sound system.
At Bar Más Bonita, the team is bottling its own creations including a signature Champagne Su-Paloma.
The soft launch happens this week, with events supported by music from Gilles Petersen, Quantic, Gia Fu, Coco Maria and many more.
