Introducing the Wintery Botanical Aperitivo, a limited-edition release from the British botanical aperitivo brand, Botivo, created to capture the warmth, abundance and spirit of the festive season in a glass.

THE LIQUID

 Created by co-founder Sam Paget-Steavenson and made at Lannock Farm, the Wintery Botanical Aperitivo brings together warming date molasses with clove, allspice and vanilla, finished with a wisp of smoky saffron. These are infused into Botivo’s bittersweet base of British apple cider vinegar, gentian and wildflower honey, creating something "rich, warming and unmistakably Botivo". 

SIGNATURE SERVE

Mix 25ml Botivo with 150ml soda water and an orange peel garnish (can also be served with hot water and an orange peel garnish.)
