Tom Kerridge is to open Georgie’s Bar at Corinthia London on September 5, as part of a revamp of his restaurant Kerridge’s at Corinthia London.
The new bar's drinks programme will major on classic cocktails – including the Martini – while bringing together spirits, wines and British-leaning draft beer.
Headlining the offering is Georgie’s Martini Club: a quartet of Martinis - Dry, Wet, Dirty and the Steak (a spin on the Gibson) - served straight from the freezer.
The classics on offer span the French 75, Cosmopolitan and Tommy’s Margarita to the Hemingway Daiquiri, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Manhattan and Espresso Martini.

There will be a dedicated bar food menu that includes Pork scratchings, Beef jerky, Frickles, and Buttermilk Fried Chicken, while larger plates such as a Cheeseburger with BBQ Brisket, Pink shellfish Brioche Rolls with Bloody Marie-rose Sauce and Haddock Fritters with Matson sauce all feature.
The bar, which is named after Tom Kerridge’s Boxer dog Georgie, sees banquettes, bar stools and intimate tables set against a low-lit backdrop of leather and timber, warm gold and antique brass.
Kerridge’s at Corinthia London (10 Whitehall Place, London, SW1A 2BD), first opened eight years ago.
