Wren delivers atmosphere instantly. Step inside and you’re met with a sophisticated, charming space where striking design and an impressive back bar draw you in from the off. 

The cocktail list is brimming with signature drinks and reimagined classics. I start strongly with the savoury Fennel Gimlet, a delicious, herbaceous opener that sets the tone. 

Then something refreshing: Lemon Top. Vanilla Soft Serve vodka and yuzu delivering a vibrant fusion of sharp citrus and gentle sweetness – playful and effortlessly drinkable. 

The standout, however, is the Quince‑Essential Spritz – a refined mix of vodka, quince shrub, apple aperitif and bay leaf. I’ll order quince anytime it appears on a menu, and this one delivered, each ingredient standing confidently on its own. 

Wren strikes a balance between being both accessible and adventurous, capturing a broad crowd with a bold and thoughtful approach to flavour.
