The Report, now in its third edition, aims to provide a 12-month account of the operating habits of the best bars in the UK (as defined by the CLASS Bar Awards).
The result of a poll of bars nationwide, the magazine delves into the branded products that sell best, those that are bartenders’ favourites – which are not always the same thing – and the spirits categories that are doing best.
