The Milk Thistle Distillery has officially opened for bookings for a programme of immersive tasting experiences, cocktail masterclasses and hands-on gin blending sessions inside one of Bristol's best bars.
Located on the top floor of The Milk Thistle, the new tasting room is the permanent home of distillery The Spirit of Bristol.
The experience is hosted gby founder and master distiller Pete Lumber. Over two hours, guests explore Bristol's rich drinks heritage through four Spirit of Bristol gins.
