Just weeks after taking the coveted crown of Bar Manager of the Year at the CLASS Bar Awards, Sotiris Konomi has been promoted to Beverage Manager of Raffles London at the OWO.
The Spy Bar manager of two years now also look after The Guards Bar, Drawing Room, Mauro Colagreco restaurants, In Room Dining, Mini bars, events and wine departments.
He told CLASS: “I am truly thrilled to be stepping into the Beverage Manager role at Raffles London at The OWO and to have the opportunity to work closely with all of our F&B departments alongside such a talented team across the property.
“This is an achievement I have always dreamed of, and there could not have been a better way to close the chapter of managing a single bar than being recognised as Bar Manager of the Year. I am incredibly grateful for the journey so far and excited for what lies ahead.”
