Rachel Orange has joined Liverpool group Glory Days Hospitality as head of operations.
The Schofield’s bar manager of five years, brings 16 years of hospitality experience to her role at Glory Days, whose bars include Sister Ray and Simone’s.
A twice finalist in the Class Bar Awards category of Bartender of the Year, Orange also led Schofield's to Best Bar in the North (2023-2026) and Best Bar in the UK (2022-2023) at the Awards.
Orange said: “I’ve been based in Manchester for over a decade, so coming to Liverpool feels fresh and inspiring and there’s lots to get stuck into here.
“Sister Ray and Simone’s are exceptional venues and it’s tremendously exciting to lead them further forward, they are truly iconic destinations in the high-end cocktail world. We’re also launching a brand-new site in Manchester in the coming months, news of which will be dropping soon.”
