Bar Arriba, a new venue set under the rooftop of Olympia London, is to launch in West London on June 15th.
The all-day restaurant-bar will offer food inspired by Mexican flavours, a drinks list that showcases agave spirits and DJ sets from Thursday to Saturday every week.
Cocktails include the Jalisco Old Fashioned, made with Altos Reposado Tequila, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, agave and chocolate bitters.
The food menu is a blend of large plates, tacos, tostadas, quesadillas and hearty salad bowls.
