Davide Segat will leave NoMad London next month, with Maxim Schulte replacing him as director of bars.
Segat spent five years at NoMad London, joining as part of the opening team as bar manager in 2021, before going on to oversee all of the Covent Garden hotel’s wet-led venues.
Schulte, meanwhile, is a former head bartender of The American Bar at The Savoy and has also spent time at Mayfair’s agave bar, Kol.
NoMad London will celebrate Segat’s tenure with a 'passing of the baton' event at Side Hustle on Tuesday 14 April from 7pm.
A statement read: "NoMad London will bid a final ciao to the one and only Davide Segat, the drinks industry darling, agave aficionado, and proud sober bartender who’s been shaking things up at the hotel since it opened in 2021.
"But as one legend heads off, another steps in. Maxim Schulte, the mastermind behind the drinks at KOL and formerly of The American Bar at The Savoy, will be taking the reins at NoMad’s bars following Davide’s departure."
