Seasonal cantina, Picante, returns Friday 13th March, bringing a taste of Guadalajara to Liverpool.
The quartet behind Picante are a collective of the city’s independent hospitality figures uniting again, with Joe Wild (Taco or Don’t), Kate Meehan (Gin Journey, Paloma Café, London) Sally Jo Whitlow (Jenny’s Bar) and Danny Murphy (originally behind Jenny’s Bar, Berry & Rye, Aloha, Botanical Garden, and Some Place).
The restaurant-bar is known for its Margaritas, street food and Latin house party vibe.
Picante - found at Brewery Village, Cains, Stanhope St, Liverpool L8 5XJ - will be open Wednesday-Friday 2pm-11pm and Sat-Sun until 12pm.
