Whether you are choosing to drink less, taking a mindful pause or simply want something delicious that will not leave you feeling sluggish the next day, elevating what is in your glass helps you stay energised, present and part of the fun.

It is a complex yet refreshing cocktail with a festive balance of warming spice flavours alongside a nutty, effervescent lift.

This is my bright and refreshing aperitif, blending cranberry, citrus and a hint of bitterness for a lively winter lift.
Spiced Apple Toddy
For something warming and cosy, this toddy is made with hot ginger, cloudy apple, citrus, winter spices and a touch of marmalade. Comforting, soothing and perfect for cold evenings.
Elderberry Kir Royale
The Elderberry Kir Royale brings deep berry richness and festive sparkle, using a spoonful of elderberry syrup topped with alcohol-free bubbles. Elegant, celebratory and beautifully simple.
