Alex Palumbo and Rachel Bailey Palumbo have annouced they are calling time on their Leith agaveria Chancho, which opened in May 2024.
The bar, which translates to fat pig and serves agave spirits, agave-forward cocktails and beers, will close on December 14th.
The owners said: "Like many other independent hospitality businesses, the current economic challenges have had an overwhelming impact on us.
"Team Chancho would like to thank you for all your support, and hope you will pop in this week for a final mezcal."
