Bartenders can sign up free to the latest CLASSROOM event - Carbonation, sponsored by Schweppes - hosted by Bart Miedeksza and Valentino Girotto, authors of Bubbles and founders of Crossroads Consulting.
A deep dive into sparkling cocktails, Miedeksza and Girotto will explore the pros and cons of each carbonation methods, providing expert tips along the way.
The event will see the hosts supported by Schweppes and Hamish Smith, CLASS editor.
It will take place in Glasgow at SíSí Rooftop on Wednesday 22nd October, (11.30am-3.30pm). Lunch will be provided.
