The Beaufort Bar at The Savoy will welcome Hanky Panky from Mexico City for a masterclass and party on World Paloma Day on Thursday 22nd May, the day after the CLASS Bar Awards 2025.

The Mexican bar is a multiple-time member of The World's 50 Best Bars and last year's no.93. It took its name from the Hanky Panky cocktail invented at the Savoy.

Featuring Gina Barbachano and Mario Aguilar, the afternoon masterclass will give an insight into the world of Hanky Panky, exploring their philosophy, approach to hospitality, and the stories behind their signature serves.

The team will also explore the evolution of the Paloma, and Hanky Panky's approach to the classic, their twists and the drink's cultural impact in Mexico.

In the evening, the iconic Beaufort Bar sets the stage for a music-led evening co-hosted by Hanky Panky Bar and Patròn Tequila. It is only the third time that the Savoy has hosted a guest shift.

Starting at 7pm, the party is part of the 24 hour Patrón Paloma Party with Fairmont Hotels connecting Mexico, London, LA, Dubai, Singapore and Prague.
