The Class Bar Awards' Bar Manager of the Year award is open for entries.
Bar Managers play a crucial role in setting standards, implementing innovative strategies, creative ideas and choregraphing well-honed, engaging hospitality.
Our winner will have showcased leadership and team development skills, shown their initiatives to achieve results, proved how they improved their venue’s financial performance and ultimately bettered their guests’ bar experience.

Past winners of the award include Sophie Bratt, James Wheeler, Maura Milla, Anna Sebastian, Declan McGurk, Martin Siska, Bobby Hiddleston.
While most of the Class Bar Awards categories are decide by an industry vote, five of the awards - those most suited to a written entry - are entered by either the nominee or a nominator.
Submissions are also currently open for Bar Employer of the Year, Emerging Bartender of the Year, Bar Manager of the Year and Front of House of the Year.
Judging the Submission Entries are the CBAs Regional Chairs and the CBAs hosts: Hamish Smith, Anna Sebastian and Declan McGurk.
