Filippos Filippopoulos’s Leeds bar Tabula Rasa will celebrate its third birthday with a series of events.
On Thursday 24th October, The Class Bar Awards-nominated bar will host a talk on brand building (12pm-1.30pm) and a guest shift (7pm-9pm) from homegrown Leeds bartender Joe Lewis White, whose CV includes the 2017 World’s Best Bar, The American Bar at the Savoy.
Mari Chierchia and Kim Toft from Daddy Marmalades in Glasgow will also deliver a talk about the experiences of women in the bar industry (3pm-4.30pm) while showcasing their drinks later that evening during a guest shift (9pm-11pm).
On Sunday the 27th Tabula Rasa will host an aperitivo party starring Edinburgh bar Hey Palu.
