Nico de Soto's Wacky Wombat in Soho has been forced to close after its team resigned, CLASS understands.
This morning Wacky Wombat's instagram account announced the bar was "closed for the summer".
De Soto, who also owns Danico in Paris and Mace in New York, has arrived back in London to respond to the unfolding situation.
He hopes to re-open the basement bar beneath Daroco as soon as possible.
In its first year, the bar had seen a change of GM, with Kevin Price Houghton departing and Daroco Paris GM Jonas Ayache arriving from Paris.
