Baudry Greene, a bar modelled on the European cafés of 20th-century Europe updated for a 21st-century London, is looking for a bar manager with experience in high end spirits.
The right candidate should have a love of people, hospitality and very good liquor, but mostly a desire to source quality spirits from passionate, people-led distilleries around the world, as well as rare bottlings from more established brands.
Innovation and originality are fundamental, as is the determination and enthusiasm to create something very special in the heart of London.
Very competitive starting salary, with a maximum of 5/6 shifts per week (40-45 hrs a week). The successful candidate will have full autonomy over the spirits selection, and will enjoy numerous perks that include gym membership, cost price wine and spirits, and 50% off in Baudry Greene, as well as our sister restaurants The 10 Cases and Parsons.
Opening hours are Monday-Saturday 8am - 11pm. Closed Bank Holidays. Closed Xmas through to early January.
