Celebrating the versatility of the classic cocktail and the talents of the UK’s bartenders, Campari UK has released an anthology of recipes to commemorate Negroni Week 2021.

Over the last decade the Negroni has soared in popularity to become one of the world’s most famous cocktails. It is a stalwart of cocktail menus the world over, the fourth most-searched cocktail in the UK and consistently the number two bestselling classic cocktail worldwide.

This is undeniably due to the support of the bartender community. Campari UK, the iconic red aperitivo, is using its annual Negroni Week celebrations to shine a light on the country’s finest bartending talent.

Introducing Negroniology, Campari UK’s first-ever Negroni anthology – built by bartenders, for bartenders and released to commemorate Negroni Week 2021. With the evolution of the Negroni front of mind, Campari UK has invited 11 leading bartenders and mixologists from bars across the nation to showcase their creative expression with a unique twist on the classic recipe.

Working with revered institutions, each cocktail has been created as an expression of the bar and its talented bartender. From a light, crisp and clean Negroni, to one exploring the fusion of Scottish and Italian heritage, another that transports you to Milan at aperitivo hour, and a cocktail inspired by the spirit of the futurist artist Fortunato Depero – each of the cocktails featured in Negroniology is an original recipe, created especially for the book.

So why not draw on these inspiring recipes and get creative with the Negroni in your bar?
