Bacardi-Martini has announced the return of their annual trade education platform Jigger Beaker Glass.


The programme, which is returning for its fourth year, will be heading to London, Manchester, and Edinburgh for live workshops and seminars in a series called Tastemakers, delving into topics including Molecular Matchmaking, Nolo without Fomo, and the Devil’s in the Detail.

“Now, more than ever, is the time to evolve and continue to support our community and the re-birth of hospitality,” said Davide Zanardo, head of brand advocacy for Bacardi-Martin UK.

“By taking Jigger Beaker Glass on tour to three key cities across the UK we will bridge the gap between digital and physical learning to provide unparalleled accessibility to the educational content that matters most to bartenders.

“We look forward to exploring the importance of food and drink pairings within our new Tastemakers series, with the support of some of the more inspiring names in the industry who have used their creativity to adapt to the ever-changing hospitality landscape over the past year.”

Alongside in-person events, the platform will be providing online resources for bartenders through its newly relaunched website and Instagram channel.

The Jigger Beaker Glass tour kicks off in London during London Cocktail Week in October before heading to Manchester in January 2022 and Edinburgh in February 2022.
