London Cocktail Week returns from 9-19 October 2025, bringing together over 200 of the city’s best bars for 11 days. At the heart of the festival for the drinks trade is the Bartender Knowledge Exchange, which is a programme of intimate, hands-on learning experiences hosted inside some of London’s most respected venues. Curated by us, these sessions connect hospitality professionals directly with the people shaping the industry in London right now.

Adam Byatt X The Donovan Bar - 13 October
This exclusive session explores the intersection of gastronomy and mixology, offering ten lucky bartenders the chance to hear from two of the industry’s most respected professionals, chef Adam Byatt and Federico Pavan. They discuss their approach to layering flavours and achieving perfect balance.
