The Chancery Rosewood London has announced the opening of its rooftop venue, Eagle Bar.

The bar takes its name from its gilded eagle sculpture, with a drinks list led by Liana Oster, director of bars.

Highlighted serves include Beacon 52, a layered rework of the B-52, named after both Beacon, New York and the eagle sculpture.

The cocktails are backed by an extensive list of American spirits, and a wine selection spotlighting independent US producers. Among them is an exclusive pour from Harlan Estate - a winegrowing estate in the western hills of Oakville, California, marking the first time their wines have been made available in the UK.

The food offering nods to the building’s past with highlights including Reuben Croquettes with pastrami and sauerkraut, Cornish Crab Tartlet with citrus puree and caviar, Cep Doughnut with cep and Parmesan cream, and Wagyu Beef Sliders with Appleby’s Cheshire cheese and crispy bacon.

The space seats 190 across two lounge areas and the two terraces, with views to east and west across London’s rooftops.
