Connaught Bar book

Connaught Bar has announced the launch of its first book The Connaught Bar: Recipes and Iconic Creations.

Taking readers behind the scenes at the two-time World’s Best Bar (2020/2021), the book presents 100 signature cocktails, with stories and instructions on how to recreate the recipes at home.

Published by Phaidon, the book has been co-created by the hotel’s director of mixology Ago Perrone, assistant director of Mixology Giorgio Bargiani, former Connaught Bar Manager, Maura Milia, and drinks historian and cocktail specialist Anistatia Miller.

It will launch globally on Wednesday 10th April 2024.

Perrone said: “The Connaught Bar book not only encapsulates 15 years of work but also a life experience. It’s a collection of emotions, stories, and connections with our guests."
