Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane in Mayfair has opened the doors to Bar Antoine.
The bar, which is sister to Yannick Alléno’s new Pavyllon restaurant, boasts a culinary-led cocktail list and dishes that aim to evoke “a sense of nostalgia”.
The cocktails draw on culinary techniques pioneered by multi-Michelin star chef Yannick and have been designed by Michele Lombardi, head mixologist, who has joined from The Ritz, and bar manager, Ivan Arena.
The list sees reimagined classics such as a Bloodier Mary with aromatic essences of tomato and celery, and a mushroom-foam Espresso Martini, alongside original creations.
The bar has also created its own tonic mixers, with flavours ranging from beetroot to aromatic citrus, adding a fresh twist to mixed drinks.
Highlights of the food menu include the bar’s eponymous Antoine's Burger, made with a crispy bun and teriyaki-beef, while there are Japanese favourites, a Caesar salad with caramelised chicken and a take on the BLT.
Bar Antoine's interiors see wood-panelled walls, with seating upholstered in bouclés, mohair velvets, and woven silks.
