Californian-Style Mulled Saké is a twist on the beloved mulled wine, with a warming blend of cinnamon, cloves and allspice that is perfectly balanced with sweet apple juice and a splash of refreshing yuzu curação.

Ingredients

40ml SoGood Sake
5ml Yuzu Curacao
50ml Homemade spiced apple juice
5ml Lemon juice
35ml Hot water
10ml Sugar syrup

Method

 Stir then warm all the ingredients in order to release aromas. Serve in a short glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slices
