James Brandwood, Joe and Daniel Schofield are set to open a second Atomeca site at the end of October, bringing the wine bar concept to the Avenue in Manchester's Spinningfields.
Billed as a ‘European drinkery', Atomeca first launched in Deansgate Square in 2021, focusing on small plates, wine, coffee and cocktails.
Joe Schofield said: “Our Deansgate Square location evolved organically in line with what our guests and residents needed us to be as an extension of their homes at the development.
“With our second site we will focus on wine and food much more, giving our guests a place where they can drop in for a glass of wine or a cocktail on the way home, or be able to join us for a meal as they take a journey through Europe, sampling some of the best dishes and drinks the region has to offer.”
The new site will feature own-brand Atomeca wines sourced by wine expert and co-owner Brandwood and also own-label pale ale brewed by Manchester’s own Track Brewery.
