Sea Containers London's Lyaness has produced a behind-the-scenes documentary to showcase the development process and intricacies of a new menu launch.


The film reveals the workings behind Ryan Chetiyawardana's bar in the run up to the launch of this year's menu: 3.0 Cookbook.

The menu, which includes 15 cocktails, offers guests "a stripped back approach to mixology, blending storytelling and flavour creation for a multi-layered drinking experience".

Innovative cocktails are made with bespoke ingredients from 'KFC liquor' and 'Pie wine' to Carrot vermouth', all with the aim to encourage guests to engage more with flavour.
