This Martini-style cocktail aims to "embody the essence of transformation and spiritual awakening" - drawing inspiration from Japanese tea culture and the pursuit of enlightenment.

Ingredients

45ml Vanilla-infused vodka

15ml Pai mu tan aperitif 

35ml Lychee cordial 

Method

In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, Pai Mu Tan aperitif, and lychee cordial. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain the mixture into a chilled Martini glass, garnish the cocktail with a small rose petal for a finishing touch.

Pai Mu Tan Tea aperitif:

Add 10g of Pai Mu Tan tea to 75cl of white vermouth (Cocchi Americano). Refrigerate for 4 hours
