This cocktail - from the latest Vesper Bar menu - is inspired by the smells and emotions connected to rainfall. 

Venue: Vesper Bar, The Dorchester London

Menu: Essentia

Recipe: Lucia​​​​ Montanelli

Ingredients

10ml Altamura vodka

2.5 Dobajey mezcal

2.5ml Vetiver

15ml Martini dry

35ml Greek milk punch

15ml clear passion juice

Method

Shake and serve in a ceramic old fashioned glass.

Ice sphere

Serve with patchouli flying cloud on stand
