Bearing the name of Thor’s eight-legged horse and taking in aquavit, the Norse inspiration behind Sleipner’s Folly is a marked departure from Burlock's Caribbean roots.

Ingredients

50ml Bareksten botanical aquavit

22.5ml Burlock banana orgeat

5ml Briottet bergamot

50ml pineapple juice

15ml lime juice

Lemon oil from fresh peel

Method

Shake, strain over crushed ice, drink while frosty.
