A liquid recreation of the classic peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich.

Ingredients

50ml peanut butter and butter fat washed Altamura vodka*

25ml strawberry/lime cordial**

7.5ml sugar


* Fat wash: Mix 200ml of Altamura vodka with 5g of peanut butter and 15g of butter, rest at room temperature for four hours, freeze for 24 hours, then strain with coffee filter.


** Strawberry and lime cordial: w
ater / lime juice / strawberry water / sugar / citric and tartaric acid

Method

Stir and strain in a Pony glass.
