Cereal Killer is a fun, playful Milk Punch cocktail made with Froot Loops-infused soy milk with warming spices and Cazcabel Blanco Tequila. The Milk Punch method creates a silky yet light and transparent texture.

Ingredients

40ml Cazcabel Blanco tequila

20ml Froot Loops-infused soy milk

20ml Pineapple juice

10ml Coole Swan

10ml Lemon juice

10ml Sugar syrup

0.5g Cinnamon sticks

0.5g Cloves

0.25g Star anise

 

Method

Create a milk punch by combining the alcohol, citrus and protein solid. This causes the milk to curdle, this is then strained and you're left with milk punch. Build in a rocks glass with block ice and garnish with three Froot Loops.
