Bright, refreshing, bittersweet
This is a lighter take on the classic Americano uses rhubarb, adding a sweet yet bitter note.

Ingredients:
25ml Campari
25ml Lustau Rose vermouth
15ml Cocchi Extra Dry vermouth
100ml Dalston rhubarb soda
1 slice of lemon
Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice. Measure out each of the alcoholic ingredients and pour into the glass.
Top with 100ml of the rhubarb soda. Give the drink a quick stir with a long spoon or a straw.
Add more ice if required and garnish with a lemon wheel.
