Ingredients:
30ml white rum
20ml techienne peach
30ml house jalepeno syrup
25ml lime juice
50ml pineapple juice
1 dash foaming bitters
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake vigourously, double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with dried red chilli flakes.
