Eagle Bar at The Chancery Rosewood has opened the doors of its second terrace bar, extending its capacity to more than 200.
The Upper West bar offers views of Hyde Park, while the Upper East of Eagle Bar, launched in September, overlooks Grosvenor Square.
The new space’s offering is shaped around large format wine, Champagne rituals, with an exclusive service of Billecart-Salmon Rosé Brut magnum, and a curated list of aperitif-style drinks.
The cocktail selection is divided into Sparkling and Still catering to different moments.Among the creations, the Upper West Spritz, with Cocchi Americano, guava, strawberry and cream, and Billecart-Salmon Rosé Brut; and Palomina, a sunny Paloma riff with Patrón Reposado Tequila, watermelon, grapefruit, lime, chilli, Pol Roger Rosé Brut.
The Upper East meanwhile remains a contemporary interpretation of the American Bar, led by cocktails inspired by the site and surrounds of the former US embassy.
